Patients with impaired mobility and vision functions that make it impossible to move or orient themselves without assistance when visiting the hospital and in the absence of an escort, are provided with situational assistance at the "6th City Clinical Hospital" institution.
When needing this assistance during a hospital visit, the patient must submit a preliminary request by calling (17)245-10-01 and provide the following information:
- Full name;
- residential address, contact phone number;
- date and purpose of the hospital visit;
- nature and scope of required situational assistance (considering existing impaired functions);
If additional data clarification is needed, the patient will be contacted via the provided contact number.
