Surgical operations are performed in the surgical department using laparoscopic equipment, the most diverse range of surgical interventions is performed. Most often, operations for hernias of various locations (inguinal, femoral, postoperative ventral hernias, hernias of the white line of the abdomen, umbilical hernias) are performed. We apply traditional operations for this disease, as well as taking into account modern technologies, namely, we use various options for plastic surgery with allografts. As an allograft, we use polypropylene mesh from various manufacturers (for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, insured under voluntary medical expense insurance contracts).

We also perform reconstructive operations for cholelithiasis and operations on the stomach. As for the treatment of varicose veins in this direction, endovenous laser intervention – endovenous laser coagulation for varicose veins of the lower extremities has been introduced in our department. This type of surgical intervention has great prospects, since the operation is minimally invasive, patients tolerate it more easily, immediate and long-term results are significantly better than when using traditional methods of surgical treatment of this pathology (for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, insured under voluntary medical expense insurance contracts).
