Some call a taxi and go to us themselves. You don’t have to do this either. If it is difficult to move, it is better to consult passers -by. And even more so, do not pull the injured limb and do not get it. If it so happened that you are alone on the street, try using improvised means, for example, a stick to rise - it is not worth lying on the ground in the cold. It is better to go to ice in shoes with a corrugated sole, do not wear heels on shoes, it is also worth walking in small steps, trying to avoid slopes and hills.
