On April 15, in the National Library of Belarus, as part of the forum of working youth "Heirs of Victory", a meeting of the forum participants with the Director General of the National Library of Belarus, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Vadim Gigin took place.
Vadim Frantsevich introduced the library guests to the 100-year history of the Belarusian "diamond of knowledge", the architectural features and technical capabilities of the institution, spoke about the information resources and socio-cultural activities of the library; emphasized the importance of holding such events on the eve of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
Also, an excursion was organized for the guests of the NBB, including a visit to the observation deck, from where a stunning panorama of the capital of our Motherland opens up.
