How to behave correctly in hot weather

Drink more. Try in the hottest time - from 12-00 to 16-00 - do not go out into the street. Take a shower as often as possible. Move more in the morning and evening. Listen to the recommendations of specialists.

  1. Drink more. Usually we drink about one and a half liters of liquid per day. But in the heat, the volume of daily fluids used should be increased by about three times. At the same time, I’m not talking about nectars or sweet soda - it is necessary to make up for water deficiency in the body using ordinary drinking water.
  2. Try in the hottest time - from 12-00 to 16-00 - still do not go out and even more so do not go through the open sun. Also, do not use ground -based public transport and go down in the subway. It is better to plan your day so that at this time it is either at work or at home.
  3. Take a shower as often as possible. Indeed, in the conditions of Smog, which has now covered some of our cities, the skin becomes an important additional breathing organ. Regular cleansing allows the skin to breathe much more effective. Water should be at room temperature, pleasant to the body. And an attempt to cool with ice water is the shortest path to pneumonia, which develops due to a sharp change in temperature.
  4. Of course, bathing in open ponds is a good way to cool, just do not do this on unequipped beaches and in standing water, which in this heat becomes completely dirty. If there is no possibility for safe bathing, it is better to refuse it
  5. Move more in the morning and evening. This advice may seem strange in summer. But a sedentary lifestyle in such heat leads to exacerbation of hypertension, cardiovascular diseases and increasing the risk of thrombosis.
  6. Try to change the diet. In such hot weather, the emphasis should be made on cold dishes. And it is better to abandon oily dairy products and meat, but to add to fish and vegetables. I would like to say about dairy products separately - no need to purchase them in stalls, with an expiring shelf life or let them heat up in the sun. These products spoil quickly, and they cause food poisoning very severe.
  7. Be sure to salt the food. At high air temperatures, a person sweats strongly and loses a sufficiently large amount of sodium.
  8. Try to avoid clothing from synthetic materials. Despite the fact that it is difficult enough to do, it is better to select things made of natural cotton and flax without additives on hot weather.
  9. Walking in a T -shirt on narrow straps or with a naked torso in such weather is an absolute mistake. In such a heat, you do not need to undress. It is better to give preference to free clothes that closes the arms and legs as much as possible, not to mention the chest, stomach and back.
  10. Feel free to wear caps, panamas or hats. After all, the thermal blow occurs mainly when the head heats up.
  11. 11. In such a heat, of course, you can not do without air conditioning. And, if you have to spend a lot of time in the conditioned room, try to sit so that the air flow from it does not blow right on you. Typically, a mass of bacteria lives in air conditioners, and their effects, together with cold air, lead to an exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and the development of pneumonia.
